Current pre-launch fulfillment status and the information PepX will verify before live ordering is enabled.

No live fulfillment: PepX may use Stripe Sandbox and test fulfillment records, but production storefront orders and live payment collection are not active. Final shipping and return promises are intentionally not invented here.

1. Current fulfillment status

PepX live ordering, live payment collection, and production fulfillment are not active in the current pre-launch site. Stripe Sandbox may be used to test checkout, shipping-address collection, order confirmation, tracking, and support workflows.

2. Shipping terms

Carrier methods, delivery estimates, shipping charges, geographic restrictions, packaging requirements, and any temperature or handling controls will be published only after they are verified for the production workflow.

3. Returns and refunds

No return window, refund promise, replacement policy, or cancellation rule is stated here because those terms have not yet been verified for production commerce.

4. Order records

Sandbox order records may be used during pre-launch testing, including test shipping addresses, tracking data, and support conversations. A Sandbox order should not be treated as a live commercial order.

5. Before commerce opens

Final shipping and returns rules should be published together with verified contact details, tax configuration, payment setup, fulfillment procedures, and final Terms and Privacy documentation before live purchasing is enabled.
